We use a nationwide pallet network to deliver your goods. Deliveries are made on pallets and offloaded to the nearest, safest position to your property ("kerbside"). The delivery driver cannot take any goods inside of your property.

Our cut off time is 12.00pm. Any orders before, will be shipped on the same working day, otherwise next working day.

Returns
If you wish to return your unwanted goods for refund, you will need to notify us within the 14 days of the delivery date. You will have another 14 days to return the goods back to us. Please make sure the goods are in re-saleable condition.

Could have been a 5 star Great product and easy website to order from, staff was also friendly but delivery was delayed past AM that I paid for so shifted my plans a little. They did refund me this charge at least.
Always recommended My second order with them and already decided Ill get my next tiles from these guys, Yes there was a hick-up with delivery but really, I expect these things nowadays so still 5 stars because of the friendly and knowledgeable staff as well as this fantastic product at this price.
Great tiles Cant really comment on staff service as I didnt need to contact them throughout the whole process but I guess this is a positive for the companys level of service, samples were ordered online and received in a day or so, and placed my order online and received a few e-mails which looked automated and my delivery was made the next working day. Happy with the tiles and the ease of the whole process
Beautiful tiles I bought these tiles for my en-suite in June/July this year and absolutely love them. They add a touch of luxury to a small space and really make an impact. I spent months looking at tiles from various companies and for the price/quality of them you really can’t beat stone deals. I would definitely buy from here again. The only thing I’d do differently, is to arrange collection myself as the warehouse wasn’t far from where I live and would of cut the cost of haulage.
